1º – Search for the program that suits you best and make your Pre-Reservation, clicking on “BOOKING” and filling out the form available on the website.
2º – You will be contacted by phone or via email, as soon as possible, to confirm the date indicated in the form, clarify your doubts and confirm the reservation where follows the method and term of payment.
3º – After making your payment within the stipulated deadline, you will be sent a Voucher by email that you must print and present to the guide at the program’s starting location.
Reservations are only considered effective after payment of the total amount of the chosen program and upon receipt of our voucher.
The travel must be paid via the payment data issued via email at the time of booking confirmation. You can use as payment method the Bank Reference, Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal. You must respect the deadline for payment.
After paying the full amount of the reservation, you will be sent a voucher / document by email, which you must print and deliver at the moment of the service.
The cancellation of reservations by the customer is subject to the conditions of each supplier and may require the payment of cancellation expenses that vary depending on the proximity of the date of travel.
Suppliers can void any cruise or program if: there is no minimum number of participants; for reasons not attributable to it (in particular weather conditions, damage to the locks, damage or damage to vessels, among others); non-fulfillment of services provided by third parties (availability of accommodation, transport, others). In any of the above cases, the customer will be reimbursed of the amount already paid or alternatively accept another program or date, “without any right to compensation”.
