Porto-Régua-Porto Map Cruise downstream by boat

Recognized as one of the Douro’s most acclaimed cruises, the Porto-Régua-Porto trip shows the pleasures of the Douro heritage. Surrounded by mountainous slopes, the Régua quay has gained its popularity as the first stop for boats departing from Oporto.
Considered as the “engine of the Douro”, Régua (with the official name of Peso da Régua) played a fundamental role in the development of the Douro region.
It was from the quay of the city that the Rabelos Boats that served as transport to the berral of the Port Wine came out, sailing to Vila Nova de Gaia.
You will have the opportunity to see the mountainous and the river Douro that always accompanies you, from Oporto to Régua. All this while enjoying your train trip.

To see the true beauty of Peso da Régua, enjoy the pedestrian walk that crosses the city almost from one end to the other.
Although you are in the city, you will be dazzled by the amount of green landscapes that surround it.

To finish the trip in great, you will go down the river Douro da Régua to the city of Oporto in one of the boats that sail through these waters every day.
On this cruise you can enjoy the panorama of “socalcos” on the slopes that are next to the Douro River.
Enjoy to relax and watch the panoramic landscapes of the Douro while the waves of the river accompany you!
